Section 29. Claim on rental or value of usufruct or benefit
(1) The Majlis may claim from any person, the rent or the value of usufruct or benefit obtained by that person from a mawquf of which he is not entitled.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), the Majlis may determine the value of any usufruct or benefit of the mawquf.
(3) If the claim mentioned under subsection (1) is not settle, it shall be deemed as a debt recoverable by the Majlis.
