PART X - GENERAL
Section 125. Repeal.
(1) The Enactment listed in the Fifth Schedule is hereby repealed to the extent as specified in the third column of the Fifth Schedule:
Provided that any proceeding commenced under the repealed Enactment shall continue to have effect as if this Enactment has not been enacted.
(2) The repeal shall not affect the retrospective effect of the repealed Enactment or anything validly done or subsisting under it or any right, priviledge, duty or liability created, aggregated or borne by it.
