WAKAF (STATE OF MALACCA) ENACTMENT 2005
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Wakaf (State of Malacca) Enactment 2005.
(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by notification in the Gazette.
