Section 7. Mode of beginning civil proceedings
(1) Subject to subsection (2) or any other written law, every civil proceedings in a Court shall be begun by summons.
(2) All proceedings in respect of any of the matters specified in the Second Schedule shall be begun by application.
(3) Summons, application, notice of appeal, notice of cross appeal, warrant subpoena, order and other terms of legal document shall be issued under the seal or stamp as the Raja pemerintah shall approve1.
