PART II - MARRIAGE
Section 13. Written consent.
(1) The Registrar shall, on proof on affidavit that the intended marriage shal1 comply with the provision of this Enactment, gives his consent to the marriage to the parties concerned in the form provided.
(2) If the marriage permitted under this section is not solemnized within a month from the date the consent is given, the consent will be void.
(3) The Registrar may in writing delegate his power under this section to any person and may at any time revoke such delegation.
