PART VI - MAINTENANCE OF WIFE AND CHILDREN
Section 57. Power of Court to vary maintenance agreements.
Subject to the provision of section 53, the Court may at any time vary the limitation and condition of any agreement made by the husband and wife made either before or after the commencement of this Enactment, if the Court is satisfied that a material change had occurred in the circumstances notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the agreement.
