PART V - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Section 53. Resumption of cohabitation.
(1) A husband may apply to the Court for an order that a wife who has left him or is not cohabiting with him, to resume cohabitation with him in accordance with Hukum Syara'.
(2) A wife who has been left by her husband and he is not cohabiting with her may inform the Court that she is willing to resume cohabitation with him and apply to the Court for an order that the husband takes her back and resume cohabitation with her in accordance with Hukum Syara'.
