ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT 1983
PART III - MARRIAGE AND REGISTRATION
Section 25. Unlawful registers.
No person other than a Registrar appointed under this Enactment shall-
(a) keep any book being or purporting to be a register kept in accordance with the provisions of this Enactment; or
(b) issue to any person any document being or purporting to be' a copy of the Register of Marriages.
