Section 85. Evidence of husband, wife, parents and child

(1) Evidence of a husband against his wife and evidence of a wife against her husband is admissible as shahadah or baiyyinah.

(2) Evidence of a child aginst his parents or of the parents against their child is admissible as shahadah and baiyyinah.

(3) Evidence of a husband for his wife and of a wife for her husband is admissible as baiyyinah.

(4) Evidence of the parents for their child and of the child for his parents is admissible as baiyyinah.
