Section 94. Transfer from Syariah Subordinate Court to Syariah High Court.
When an order is made by the Syariah High Court for the transfer of any proceedings from a Syariah Subordinate Court to the Syariah High Court, the Registrar of the Syariah Subordinate Court must send to the Registrar of the Syariah High Court, the file of the proceedings and all records of the proceedings; and the Registrar of the Syariah Subordinate Court shall give notice of the transfer in Form MS 17 to every party in the action.
