PART XXX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT



Section 213. Unclaimed monies.

(1) At the end of each calender month the Court shall remit to Government all sums which on the first day of such month have stood in the Court's bank account for more than six months, and for which no application for payment out is pending, together with a schedule sufficiently describing such sums.

(2) Such sums shall not be paid out save by the officer authorised to do so on production of an order of Count for such payment and of the appropriate voucher.
