PART XX - EXECUTION
Section 141. Satisfaction.
A judgment debtor who has satisfied a judgment shall be entitled on application, or if by consent, without formal application, to have satisfaction entered in the file and register of civil actions. If the judgment creditor refuses to consent to such entry, the Court may, if it finds that the judgment has been satisfied, order him to pay the costs of the application.
