Section 179. Application of judgment notice.
(1) Where a judgment debtor disobeys any order made by the Court against him under section 178, the judgment creditor may, by way of judgment notice, request the judgment debtor to appear in Court to show cause why he should not be committed to prison for such default.
(2) An application for a judgment notice under subsection (1) shall be made by the applicant in Form MS 46.
