PART IX - PLEADING
Section 64. Particulars.
(1) If any pleading does not contain sufficient particulars, the Court may of its own motion or an the application of any party order the party responsible to file and cause to be served futher and better particulars and may stay all proceedings pending compliance, and may in case of default order that the action or counterclaim be dissmissed or that the defendant or the defendant to a counterclaim be precluded from defending the action or counterclaim, as the case may be.
(2) Futher and better particulars may be filed and served on request without order.
