PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU PERAK
Section 13. Temporary appointment.
(1) In the event of temporary absence or incapability of any member of the Majlis, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, may appoint another person to temporarily replace him and the member so replaced shall be informed in writing of such appointment.
(2) The appointment under subsection (1) shall expire seven days after the member so replaced gives a written notice to the President of his ability to perform his duties.
(3) A copy of the notice under subsection (2) shall also be served on the temporary member.
