PART V - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 57. Common intention
When an offence is committed by several persons in furtherance of a common intention of all, each of such person is liable for that offence in the same manner as if the offence was done by him alone and shall be liable to be punished with the takzir punishment of imprisonment not exceeding ten years.
