PART X - PAYMENT INTO COURT
Section 66. Payment out.
Subject to section 18 and sections 70 and 71, where the payment in is of the amount claimed or the plaintiff elects to take it in satisfaction of the whole of his claim or any part of the claim, the amount shall be paid out to him, and he may have judgement for all costs properly incurred prior to his receiving notice of the payment in, and costs of entering judgement for such costs, unless paid without order. If the satisfaction is part of the claim, the plaintiff may continue with the other part of the claim.
