PART IX - MUSLIM CONVERTS
Section 103. Recognition as a Muslim.
(1) A person who has been registered as having embraced Islam under section 100 shall, for all purposes, including the purpose of any Federal or State law, and for all times, be recognised as a Muslim.
(2) A person who has been registered as having, embraced Islam under the law of any state shall, for all purposes in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan and for the purposes of implementing in the State of Perak Darul idzuan the provisions of any law, be treated as a Muslim.
