PART VII - OFFENCES
Section 96. Contravention of section 25.
Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 25 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both; and for a second or subsequent conviction shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both .
