PART XIV - TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS
Section 88. Conduct of transfered proceedings.
Proceedings so transferred to any Court shall be entered in the books of such Court, and such Court may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, give such directions as to the futher conduct of the proceedings as may be just.
