Section 3. Saving of prerogatives.
Save as expressly provided in this Enactment, nothing contained therein shall derigate from or affect the prerogatives and special powers of Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan as the Head of the Religion of Islam in the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan, as declared and set forth in Article VI of the laws of the Constitution of Perak.
