PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law Enactment 2006 and shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja Pemerintah by Notification in the Gazette.
