PART IV - REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOL

Section 16. Appeal.

Any Board or any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Registrar made under any of the provisions of this Enactment may, within 30 days of such a decision, appeal to the State Authority whose decision shall be final.
