Funds and monies in Court and all jewelleries, securities and moveable properties (other than monies, deeds or documents) which are unclaimed after 15 years shall be deemed to be the property of Baitulmal and shall forthwith be paid to Baitulmal:
Provided that the Court on the application of any person and if it is satisfied that the person is entitled to the money or property, order the Baitulmal to pay the whole or part of the money or property or the value thereof to the person .
