PART IV - PENALTIES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SOLEMNIZATION AND REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGES


Section 44. Sanction to prosecute from the Mufti.

No prosecution for an offence under section 37, 39 and 40 of this Enactment shall be instituted except with the sanction in writing of the Mufti.
