PART II - APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MAJLIS

Section 15. Borrowing powers.

(1) The Majlis may, with the approval of the Menteri Besar and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, borrow such sums as it may require for discharging any of its functions under this Enactment.

(2) Sums borrowed by virtue of this section shall be paid into the Fund.
