Section 9. Ommittess, officers and servants of the Majlis.

(1) The Majlis may appoint Committess to assist it in the performance of its duties or the exercise of its powers.

(2) The Majlis shall appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for efficient management of the affairs of the Majlis, on such terms and conditions, including pension, as the Majlis may determine.
