Section 226. Repeal and saving of rules and appointments.

(1) The Administration of Islamic Law Enactment 1955 (1375), except Parts VII, VIII, sections 133, 136, 137, 138, and paragraph (n) of section 160, is hereby repealed.

(2) All rules, notifications, orders, notices, forms, and certificates issued, and appointments made, under or by virtue .of the repealed Enactment shall remain in force as far as they are not inconsistent wIth, or replaced by, the provisions of this Enactment, until revoked or replaced by rules, notifications, orders, notices, forms, certificates, or appointments issued or made under this Enactment.
