Section 31. Punishment for qatl syibhi-al-amd

Any person who commits qatl syibhi-al’amd shall pay diyat to the victim’s wali and in addition thereto shall be punished with the takzir of imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years that would lead the offender to repentance.
