PART VII - WAKAF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Section 29. Revocation of appointment.
The Majlis may revoke the membership of the appointed members of the Wakaf Management Committee if—
(a) he has been convicted of any criminal offence or any other offence which is punishable with imprisonment;
(b) his conduct, whether in connection with his obligation as a member of the Wakaf Management Committee or otherwise, has been such as to bring discredit on the Majlis or the Wakaf Management Committee;
(c) he is declared a bankrupt or for any other reason, unable to perform his responsibilities; or
(d) he is absent from three consecutive meetings without the permission of the Chairman.
