PART III - REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE
Section 24. Invalid Register.
No person other than the Registrar appointed under this Enactment may-
(a) maintain any book purporting to be or akin to a District Register or Central Register pursuant to this Enactment; or
(b) issue to any person any document purported to be or akin to a Certificate.
