PART II - CREATION OF WAKAF
Section 4. Commencement of wakaf
(1) A
wakaf
shall come into effect when all the requirements and conditions of the
wakaf
have been fulfilled.
(2) A
wakaf
which has come into operation shall not be sold, transfered, given by way of
hibah
or inherited by any person.
