Section 42. Encouraging vice
Any person who promotes, induces or encourages another person to indulge in any vice commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to whipping not exceeding six strokes or to any combination thereof.
