ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC LAW ENACTMENT 1992
PART VII - BAITULMAL
Section 75. Baitulmal Sumber Am.
(1) The Baitulmal Sumber Am shall include the following matters -
(a) Contributions and gifts;
(b) Fidyah and kaffarah;
(c) Unclaimed monies and property of Muslims;
(d) General will;
(e) Estate of a deceased with no heir;
(f) Luqatah;
(g) Any other source of Baitulmal according to this Enactment or Hukum Syara'.
(2) The Government shall from time to time contribute to Baitulmal in whatever amount it deems fit.
