Section 123. Failure to give proper justice to wife.

Any person who fails to give proper justice to his wife according to Hukum Syra' commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
