Section 181. Hearing of judgment notice.
(1) The Court, after hearing the judgment debtor who appears according to the judgment notice under section 179, or under an order of arrest may make an order of committal for a period not exceeding 30 days or vary the order in section 178 as it thinks just.
(2) When an order of committal is made, the Court may order that the executi.on of the order be suspended with or without condition to enable the judgment debtor to pay the amount to which the order is made.
