Section 129. Judgment.

(1) Every judgment of the Court shall, after delivery, be drawn up in writing, dated, signed, and sealed,
and shall be retained with the record.

(2) Any party shall be entitled on payment of the prescribed fee to obtain a certified copy of the judgment.

(3) The signing of judgment under subsection (1) shall be done by the presiding Chief Qadi, Deputy Chief Qadi, or Qadi, or by the Registrar of the appropriate Court.

(4) A judgment may declare the rights of the parties or may order a party to do any act or thing, including the payment of money, or both .
