Section 109. Saving of powers.

Nothing in sections 107 and 108 shall restrict or affect the powers of arrest or search conferred on any person by the Criminal Procedure Code [F.M.S. Cap. 6.]or any other law for the time being in force relating to criminal procedure in the civil courts.
