PART III - MARRIAGE AND REGISTRATION
Section 11. Place of marriage.
Every marriage shall be solemnised in a mukim masjid in which one or both of the parties is domiciled:
Provided that a Qadhi or a Registrar having jurisdiction in such mukim may give permission in Form 3D for any such marriage to be solemnised elsewhere.
