Section 34. Contravention of section 30.
Any person who contravtnes section 30 commits an offence and shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with both such fine and imprisonment; and for a second or subsequent offence shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
