Section 12. Revocation of appointments.

Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may revoke the appointment of the President or any member of the Majlis if -

(a) his conduct, whether in connection with his duties as a member or otherwise, has been, such as to bring discredit on the Majlis;

(b) he has become incapable of property carrying out his duties as a member;

(c) he without any excuse which in the opinion of the President is sufficient, has been absent from three successive meetings of the Majlis; or

(d) he is adjudged a bankrupt.
