(1) The Court may extend or abridge the time limited for doing any act, on such terms as may be just for any person required or allowed under this Enactment, or under any judgment, order or direction of the Court to do any act in any proceedings.
(2) The Court may extend the time limit in subsection (1) notwithstanding that the time originally limited has expired.
