Section 117. Clemency.

(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may commute, suspend, or remit any sentence or part thereof.

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the right of His Royal Highness the Sultan to exercise his prerogative of pardon and mercy.
