PART XXIII - EXECUTION BY OTHER COURTS
Section 182. Execution by Qadhi's Court.
The Court may in Form 28 request the Qadhi's Court to execute any judgment or to appoint a receiver by way of equitable execution if it appears probable that the judgment will otherwise be unsatisfied.
