Section 30. Proof.
Every Marriage Register kept by the Registrar under the provisions of this Enactment and any copy of any entry therein certified under his hand and seal of office to be a true copy or extract shall be sufficient evidence of the truth of the matters stated therein, unless proved otherwise.
