Section 191. Presumption.
Where any employee of another person has sold any article in contravention of section 189 or 190, his employer shall be presumed to have abetted the commission of the offence and to have caused its commission by the abetment unIbss he proves that the offence committed by the employee was committed without his authority, knowledge, or consent and that he had taken all reasonable steps to prevent the commission of the offence.
