SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE ENACTMENT 2002
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure Enactment 2002.
(2) This Enactment shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by His Royal Highness the Sultan by notification in the
Gazette.
