PART II - OFFENCES
Section 34. Repeal
(1) The Enactment set out in the Schedule of this Code is hereby repealed to the extent stated in the Schedule:
Provided that all proceedings instituted under the Enactment which is hereby repealed shall be continued as if this Enactment had not been passed.
(2) The repeal shall not affect the operation of the previous repealed Enactment or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred thereunder.
