Section 212. Offences relating to Bait-ul-Mal.

Any executor or admnistrator, who fails to comply with any provision of section 139 commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with both, and with a further fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit for each month or part of a month during ehich the failure continues.
