PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 15. Secretary and secretariat to the Majlis.

(1) The Head of Jabatan Agama Islam Perak shall be the Secretary of the Majlis who shall be the chief executive and administrative officer of the Majlis responsible for carrying out the policies and resolutions of the Majlis. Jabatan Agama Islam Perak shall be the Secretariat to the Majlis.

(2) The Secretary is entitled to attend all meetings of the Majlis and to participate in its deliberations, but not to vote.
